Summer Camp 2016

Welcome to Summer Camp 2016!

Annoucement: Week 4 Camp (July 3rd) Is Full And No Longer Accepting Registrations. Space Is Still Available In Remaining Camps.

Registration for CBC-2016 is open. From this page, you can print an application and mail it to us, or complete the registration online. We are looking for another banner year, so don’t wait to get your applications in early. This year a late fee will be charged for applications received any later than two weeks prior to camp.

PARENTS: Please pay special attention to the instructions regarding the medical forms that we must have on each camper. If you filled out one last year and it is complete and up to date you simply check a box. However, if it is not complete or if one was not completed in 2015, you must print a copy, complete it and mail it to the camp.

STAFF: Every staff member must complete each year a FCRA form allowing us to complete a background check on those working at camp. Click on the link below, complete and return to camp. Also we are giving all staff an opportunity to contribute $45 for food at camp via PayPal when completing your application or you may pay at registration if you are able and willing.

In order to reduce the risk of getting Bed Bugs in our cabins, please-follow these suggestions.

  • Anyone attending CBC-2016 , is encouraged to pack their belongings in a plastic tote or a plastic bag. This includes toiletries, which must be in some type of plastic container.
  • If you have traveled in the past year, please put any luggage in a plastic bag and place it in a hot car or on a sidewalk in the sun for several hours. You can also do this with items that cannot be put in a dryer, like shoes.
  • When packing, please wash and dry your clothing (on a high temp) and place clothing directly in the tote or bag.
  • Using zippered luggage is not recommended.

As we have stated in the past, bed bugs are making an appearance all over the country. While we cannot prevent them all from entering camp via people’s luggage, we can do our best to reduce their appearance and take aggressive steps to handle any situation that arises. We know you will be anxious to cooperate.
